Using density fiberboard (MDF), Forma has been established as an attractive, cost-effective to solid hardwoods. The versatility of Forma enables it to be used effectively on all types of construction and in addition Northern Mouldings manufacturers a number of its profiles from moisture resistant MDF, which makes them ideal for humid conditions.

Forma is also harder than conventional softwoods and less likely to suffer damage before, during or after installation.

The ease, with which Forma profiles can be installed, is comparable to or greater to the requirements for traditional timber mouldings. Convenient long lengths reduce the number of joints, eliminating shrinkage and reducing installation time and waste.

Forma profiles are competitive and are free from knots, twist and shake ensuring the full length of the moulding can be used.

Forma profiles are available in a variety of finishes and wrapping materials. Finishes include primed, requiring only a topcoat to produce a perfect finish, and original sanded mouldings suitable for a paint finish.

Northern Mouldings also offers an extensive range of PVC and Paper wrappings to match or tone with surrounding components in addition to wood veneers for a high quality real wood finish.

Even with a large flexible selection, Northern Mouldings is pleased to manufacture profiles to customers own bespoke designs and can colour match as necessary to co-ordinate with other components.
